Currently the outcomes of available surgical techniques for the treatment of the Cranial Cruciate deficient stifle, in competent hands, are similar giving a 'good' result in approximately 80% of cases.

However, most assessments are based on client perceptions and if subjected to appropriate force plate analysis comparisons would be more interesting.
